In the event of a cancellation initiated by TechnoBlend, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.

Payment Terms

Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through secure third-party processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances:

• Before course commencement: Full refund minus a £25 administrative fee if cancelled at least 7 days before the start date
• After course commencement: Refunds are pro-rated based on sessions completed, subject to a 20% administrative fee
• Course cancellation by TechnoBlend: Full refund with no administrative fees
• Online platform subscriptions: No refunds after the first 14 days of access

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Processing may take 7-14 business days.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on our website and within our services—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, software, and other materials—is the property of TechnoBlend or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
